Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive.
1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly by email within the 14-day period. Once confirmed, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt) must be provided.
- In the case of damaged or defective goods, photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Items
All t-shirts sold on our website, including embroidered items, are considered standard products and are not personalized or made to order. Therefore, they are eligible for return under this policy.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 calendar days.
If the product was damaged or defective upon arrival, and valid proof is provided, a full refund including the original shipping costs will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided for returned items that show signs of wear, have been washed, stained, or returned without original packaging.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- The cost of return shipping will be equivalent to the original shipping rate charged at checkout.
- We do not reimburse customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during return shipments from outside the European Union.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. Pre-Orders
Some items may be sold as pre-orders. These are products available for purchase before they are in stock and may have an estimated production and delivery time of up to 4 weeks.
Pre-ordered items are subject to the same return and refund conditions as in-stock items.
